Guy Hajj Boutros

Guy Hajj Boutros holds a Masters in Exercise Physiology from the University of Quebec in Montreal. Over the last few years, he has been involved in several research programs on exercise and obesity and has published several papers on defining and assessing the usefulness of exercise as a clinical tool in older healthy adults and with frailty. He’s involved in several clinical and research activities to improve the quality of life in the older population. M. Hajj Boutros has volunteered for several years in senior’s residences to promote a healthy lifestyle for older people with comorbidities.

He is currently in the process of initiating PhD studies in Experimental Medicine at McGill University and works as a Research Assistant at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Center within the Crabtree Nutrition Laboratories.
