Jessica Holland, MD

MD, FRCSC

Dr Holland began her medical training at the University of British Columbia where she received her medical degree. She went on to complete her General Surgery residency at the University of Toronto in 2020. She is currently pursuing a Fellowship in Colorectal surgery and a master’s degree in Experimental Surgery at McGill University. 

Her clinical work focuses on the provision of subspecialized colorectal surgical care with a particular interest in oncology and inflammatory bowel disease. Her research interests include all aspects of colorectal care, but centers particularly on quality improvement in surgical treatment and in the care for colorectal cancer survivors. Current research includes the implementation of advanced strategies for the management of LARS (low anterior resection syndrome) following rectal surgery.
